Profile Shapes: Standard barrel, tapered barrel, or end-loaded designs. Send us a CAD file or choose from our 12 proven mold profiles.
Color & Finish: It can be customized according to Pantone color codes, with surface treatment processes such as matte paint and glossy paint.
Logo Application: Full-color UV printing, laser engraving, or hot foil stamping. We pretreat all surfaces to prevent chipping and fading through normal use.
Grip Options: Standard tape, silicone wrap, or cushioned sponge in custom colors. Your logo can be debossed directly into the grip material.

Wood Sourcing
We use high-quality natural wood as our production material, which has a stable structure and is durable. After multiple processing steps, it can effectively address issues such as cracking and bending in clothing.
Aluminum Production
Our aluminum bats are extruded from 7046-T6 alloy billet, not recycled scrap. Wall thickness is CNC-machined to ±0.005″ tolerance. Every bat undergoes a ring test (tap test) to detect internal voids.
Children’s Safety
EVA foam bats use closed-cell foam with a rigid plastic core. The surface is heat-sealed, not glued, eliminating the peeling hazard common in low-cost imports. All materials are tested by third-party labs for phthalates, lead, and heavy metals.
Quality Documentation
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance with batch numbers, material specifications, and inspector signatures. This paperwork satisfies most procurement audit requirements.
We mainly provide the following methods:
UV Full-Color Printing:better for complex logos with gradient or multiple colors. The ink is cured under ultraviolet light and sealed with a clear epoxy topcoat. We have tested this finish through 200+ simulated swings with no visible wear.
Laser Engraving: Permanent, tactile marking ideal for wood bats. No ink to fade. The engraved area can be color-filled for contrast.
Hot Foil Stamping: Metallic or matte foil transfer. Common for executive gift bats and commemorative pieces. Not recommended for high-impact game use.
