ABS Plastic (Food-Grade) Our most common injection-molded material. It is BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, and compliant with FDA for food-contact applications. We use virgin ABS, not recycled regrind, to avoid color inconsistency.
Our electric Hanf fan uses high-quality alloy casing, which is luxurious and textured. Will not rust and increase service life.
210D wear-resistant nylon fan, durable and cost-effective. Nylon has tear resistance and will quickly dry out if wet.
The paper fan uses 250 thick art paper and matte lamination. As a promotional gift, paper is more cost-effective.
Natural Wood Handles Sourced from birch and beech. Each handle is sanded smooth and sealed with a water-based lacquer.

Different materials are paired with different techniques. Plastic blades use UV offset printing, wood and metal combined with laser engraving, nylon fabric suitable for heat transfer printing, and screen printing for large-scale spot color operations. Each process has its unique advantages – we send samples so that you can feel the difference.
There is no formal minimum order quantity. We printed 25 units for gift giving events and 50000 units for large corporate events. That is to say, the unit pricing has significantly decreased at the breakpoints of 500, 1000, and 5000.

Yes, in most styles. Classic plastic fans, accordion fans, and foldable nylon fans all support double-sided printing. Due to the battery casing, the neck fan and some rechargeable models have limited rear space. We clearly marked the printable areas on each sample.
Both AI/PS/CDR formats are acceptable, as long as clear image data (jpg, png) can be provided.
