Depending on their size and the ambient temperature, most gel packs can maintain a low temperature for 20 to 45 minutes. Larger packs (7″x8″+) can hold cold for up to 60 minutes when pre-frozen for 2+ hours. For extended cooling (sports recovery, medical transport), we recommend our high-capacity rectangle packs.
We offer three methods: silkscreen printing (1 color), pad printing (suitable for curved surfaces), and full-color CMYK printing (recommended for photographs and gradient designs). All methods are durable and sweat-resistant.

Yes. Our gel filling is non-toxic and our PVC shells are BPA-free. All materials are FDA-registered. We recommend adult supervision for children under 3 years due to the small size of some novelty shapes. Medical-grade and school-safe certifications are available on request.
