For disposable masks, we can customize them with either three or four layers of protection, including an outer non-woven fabric layer, a middle filtration layer, a soft skin-friendly inner layer, and optionally a specialized four-layer activated carbon melt-blown fabric. For reusable washable masks, we provide a variety of fabrics to choose from, such as pure cotton, polyester-cotton blends, polyester fiber, and waterproof composite fabrics. Judgment of Various Printing Techniques
NY Promo Lab can offer your customers a variety of printing techniques to choose from. For full-color printing or small-batch customized digital heat transfer, there is the option for large-scale offset ink printing. For complex patterns, there is digital direct printing. There is also high-end texture embroidery and cost-effective screen printing. Customized face masks We have two options for you. You can either provide us with vector graphics or PDF file designs for us to produce, or if you are not comfortable with creating the design files, you can simply provide us with your high-resolution printed patterns. We will create the design files for you.
