Yes. We cut patterns to your exact width, height, and gusset specifications. Whether you need a 2-inch key pouch or a 12-inch tablet sleeve, send dimensions using inches or millimeters. Non-standard sizes may add 2-3 days to sampling.
Absolutely. Sample production takes 5-7 days. You pay sample cost plus international shipping, but the sample fee credits toward your bulk order if you proceed within 30 days. We recommend sampling when evaluating material texture or logo scale.
Water resistance depends based on chosen materials. Nylon and Oxford fabrics with PU coating provide full waterproofing. Cotton and flannelette offer minimal moisture resistance unless treated with additional repellent finish—available upon request. Specify your waterproofing requirement when requesting a quote so we recommend appropriate materials.
