We have a team of experts that understand the importance of handling fragile products. Your order will be packed in double-walled boxes, with plenty of bubble wrap or packing paper, air pillows, secured with strong tape, then put into individual inner boxes or custom inserts, depending on the order and style of glass this creates a box in box packing method. Each box is labeled fragile to ensure the shipper knows the contents is delicate and takes special care.

The production cycle for customization also depends on whether it falls during any holidays and weekends. Excluding holidays and weekends, an order of 1,000 glasses can take approximately 3-4 business days to complete. Packing and shipping will be an additional 5 to 10 days depending on the shipping destination and the specific packaging required.
