Cotton Double-layered Bucket Hat

A thick cotton bucket hat made with two layers of fabric. The sample is black with a pink pattern of hearts and line drawings. The inner layer is sewn flat against the outer one, so the hat holds its shape better than a single-layer hat and no stitching shows on the inside.

The pattern repeats across the crown and the brim, so which shapes land on the front depends on how the panels are cut. That is normal for all-over print. We can set the repeat to your own artwork. Small clothing labels, fan clubs and concert merch tables use this style for limited drops. Cotton also takes repeated washing better than most synthetic fabric.
