Fisherman Hat

This is the basic custom fisherman hat, and most of our bucket hat orders start here. It is cut from cotton twill, with a rounded crown and a brim that slopes down and is held flat by rows of stitching. The shape sits low and wide, so it covers the forehead, the ears and part of the neck without any strap.

The front of the crown is one smooth panel, which is why it takes a printed logo so cleanly. A one-color mark or a larger full-color transfer both work, and we match ink to your Pantone numbers.
